Bloom served as sell-side investment banker and advisor for Regional Cancer Care Associates (“RCCA”) and its affiliated entities in its entry into a strategic relationship with The US Oncology Network, an affiliate of the McKesson Corporation. This transaction represented one of the largest private oncology groups in the U.S. With locations in New Jersey, Connecticut, Maryland, and Washington, DC, RCCA physicians are world-renowned leaders in cancer care. RCCA’s more than 150 providers offer medical, radiation, and gynecologic oncology and hematology care in addition to genetic testing, specialty pharmacy services, and clinical trials.
Bloom advised Texas ENT Specialists, the largest independent ENT provider in Texas, on a partnership with South Florida ENT Associates to form a combined entity backed by Audax Private Equity. Through its new affiliation, Texas ENT Specialists will serve as a new platform for growth in the state.
Bloom advised FamilyCare Medical Group in a partnership with Agilon Health, a portfolio company of global private equity manager Clayton, Dubilier & Rice. The venture is focused on value-based care and Medicare Advantage, and will modernize FamilyCare Medical Group through technology, analytics, and population health tools. FamilyCare Medical Group is the dominant primary care group in the Syracuse, NY market.
Bloom represented New Jersey Urology and Urology Management Associates (together, “NJU”), in its acquisition by Summit Health in a groundbreaking partnership. This was the second time Bloom was retained by NJU.
